When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
We usually ship within 24 – 48 hours after payment is confirmed. (working days)
Generally, we ship via Fedex or UPS or USPS, and the average shipping time is about 7 – 10 business days. You can check the estimated delivery date on the product page. In exceptional circumstances, tracking numbers for items in transit may be delayed.
In rare cases, these shipment processing times may be delayed due to unforeseen events (e.g. extreme weather, unusual peaks, etc.).
about delivery fee
Under normal circumstances (within the United States), all of our products are subject to a $5 shipping fee for purchases of $19.99 or less. Purchases equal to or greater than $19.99. Then you don’t have to pay extra. There are no other hidden fees or charges. The price you see in your shopping cart is the total cost of your purchase.
In special cases, you will need to pay necessary shipping charges, such as returns, exchanges, or shipping charges in certain areas.
We only ship within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates (such as Puerto Rico), P.O. Boxes. Box or APO/FPO address. If your address is in these areas, you should pay additional shipping charges.
Additional Information
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
If you place an order after the cut-off time, the order will be processed and shipped the next business day.
We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

If you want to change or cancel your order, please check whether the order has been processed. Once an item leaves our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or changed.

What if the package arrives damaged and the item is defective?
When you receive your items, please inspect your package and items carefully. If a problem occurs, the following steps are recommended:
(1) Take photos that clearly reflect the damage or defect.
(2) Then please immediately send an email to 113071654@qq.com and attach photos.
(3) We will contact you and try our best to find the best solution.
(4) Please note that do not throw away the box or packaging materials, otherwise, your return or exchange request will not be accepted.
